We identify talented students and support their growth through extracurricular programs designed to meet their individual learning needs and interests.
Equitable access is a priority, with over 50% of our students benefiting from scholarships to participate in our transformative programs.
We also support educators by disseminating best teaching practices and providing free professional development workshops, helping them recognize and nurture high-ability students in their classrooms.
Guided by our commitment to advancing Gifted Education, we strive to cultivate intellectual curiosity, promote inclusivity, and create opportunities for gifted students to thrive—preparing them to contribute meaningfully to society and shape a brighter future.
A Legacy of Excellence
CTY traces its origins to the 1970s and the pioneering work of Dr. Julian Stanley at Johns Hopkins University. Driven by the needs of exceptionally bright students, CTY was established to provide academic challenges that match their advanced abilities.
Building on this legacy, CTY Greece at Anatolia College represents a unique collaboration between three esteemed institutions: Anatolia College, Johns Hopkins University, and the Stavros Niarchos Foundation. Together, they have created a center unlike any other in Greece and Southeastern Europe, offering unparalleled opportunities for gifted students to thrive.
