At CTY Greece, we offer a variety of unique programs—summer, online, and weekend—carefully designed to engage and inspire students from 3rd grade through 11th who have successfully passed our examinations.
From immersive summer programs to flexible online courses and focused weekend options, our programs build knowledge and develop essential life skills that support students’ academic and personal growth for years to come.

1. Summer Programs for Older Students (Grades 7–11)

SUMMER RESIDENTIAL PROGRAM (Grades 7-11)

Thessaloniki, Anatolia College

The Summer Residential Program at Anatolia College offers students the opportunity to take part in an exciting three-week adventure filled with learning and discovery.

Each student attends one course throughout the duration of the program, allowing them to explore their interests in depth.

All courses are taught in English and run six hours per day, Monday through Friday. Students also have time to enjoy their meals (breakfast, lunch, snack, and dinner) as well as recreational activities. During the weekends, participants take part in a variety of fun activities and short excursions.

Throughout the program, students live in the dormitories of Anatolia College and the American Farm School, experiencing campus life while building friendships with peers.

SUMMER DAY PROGRAM (Grades 7-11)

Thessaloniki, Anatolia College

The CTY Greece Summer Day Program at Anatolia College offers high school students an immersive, challenging, and rewarding three-week learning experience, combining rigorous academics with fun and engaging activities.

Classes are conducted in English, with each student enrolled in one course (09:00 – 21:00, Monday to Friday), featuring six hours of daily instruction, alongside lunch, snack, dinner, and a variety of recreational activities. Parents are responsible for transportation to and from the campus.

Day students follow the same schedule as residential students, with the exception of overnight accommodation. 

Throughout the program, students participate in engaging classes, enriching activities, and collaborative experiences, interacting with like-minded peers and developing both academically and personally.

This program provides a unique opportunity for students to expand their knowledge, build lasting friendships, and experience a stimulating learning environment, all within a safe and supportive setting.

SUMMER ONLINE PROGRAM (Grades 7-11)

Synchronous

The CTY Greece Summer Online Program allows students to experience the excitement and rigor of CTY Greece from the comfort of their own home. Through a combination of interactive group sessions, individualized activities, and experiential learning, students participate in virtual workshops, collaborative projects, and fun, engaging exercises.

Classes are taught in English, and each student selects and attends one course for the duration of the program.

For a period of two weeks (10:00–13:00, Monday–Friday), students participate in four synchronous class sessions/day. To fully engage in the program, participants are expected to have access to a reliable electronic device equipped with a camera and microphone, as well as a stable internet connection.

This program provides students with a unique opportunity to develop their academic skills, connect with like-minded peers online, and enjoy a rich, interactive learning experience, all from home.

SUMMER DAY PROGRAMS (Grades 3-6)

Thessaloniki, Anatolia College & Athens

The CTY Greece Summer Day Programs in Thessaloniki and Athens provide elementary school students with the opportunity to explore the exciting world of knowledge through interactive courses, hands-on activities, and fun, engaging experiences.

All courses are conducted in Greek, and each student attends one course throughout the program, Monday through Friday, from 09:00 to 16:00, including five hours of lessons, lunch, and a variety of enriching activities.

Parents are responsible for transportation to and from the campus.

This program offers a unique opportunity for young learners to develop critical thinking, curiosity, and social skills, all while enjoying a safe, supportive, and stimulating learning environment.

SUMMER ONLINE PROGRAM (Grades 3-6)

Synchronous

Students enrolled in this program can attend CTY Greece’s engaging daily classes from home through a combination of group and personalized activities grounded in active, experiential learning. Supported by virtual laboratories, the program offers a balanced blend of learning and enjoyment.

Courses in this program are taught in Greek. Each student selects one course and follows it throughout the entire program.

For a period of two weeks (10:00–12:30, Monday–Friday), students participate in three synchronous class sessions/ day. To fully engage in the program, participants are expected to have access to a reliable electronic device equipped with a camera and microphone, as well as a stable internet connection.

How to Express Interest for our Summer Programs

The Summer Programs are available to 3rd – 11th Grade students.

For students in Greece and Cyprus, the application process begins with the submission of an Interest Form through MyCTYGreece. Based on their exam results and age, students are presented with the courses for which they are eligible and are invited to rank them according to their preferences. Scholarship applications are also available and can be submitted through the same Interest Form.

The final placement of students in courses is determined by the electronic system of CTY Greece, which takes into account students’ exam scores, course availability, and additional factors such as their program preference (Residential or Day Program).
