Need-based scholarships are available for Greek and Cypriot students who qualify, and can cover up to 100% of the tuition fee.

Summer Program Refund Policy

We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. Please take a moment to review our summer program refund policy:

• Full Refund: If the program is canceled due to unforeseen events (force majeure) before it begins, you will receive a 100% refund.
• Partial Refund: If the program is canceled due to unforeseen events while in progress, a prorated refund will be issued based on the remaining program days.
• Voluntary Cancellation: Refunds are available until 14 days before the program starts according to the following schedule:
  -One month and 14 days before program starts: 65% refund
  -One month before program starts: 45% refund
  -Two weeks (14 days) before program starts: 25% refund
  -Less than 14 days before the program starts or after the program begins: No refund.

Please note: You must notify the CTY Greece office in writing to initiate any refund process.
